Hess Tower is located on 1501 McKinney, and has several garage and street parking (all for a fee) in the immediate area, including a (small) visitor parking area in the Hess garage adjacent to our building. Entrance to this visitor space is best from the entrance on SW corner of LaBranch and Walker intersection. The adjacent block between LaBranch and Austin St is also a public surface parking lot.
The main visitor entry to Hess tower is from McKinney street. Take the escalator up to the main lobby level, and present at the Reception Desk. It is my understanding that our Security team will have a list of all attendees, and they will provide you with a Hess visitor badge. The meeting will take place in our 5th floor conference center, and Security can provide directions to access that floor, which has minimal security restrictions. All meeting and lunch (coffee breaks) services during the day will take place on the Conference Center floor. Breakfast will be served at 7:30am at Hess.
Live broadcasting will be available on request with the slides and speaker’s voiceover. If you wish to take part in broadcasting, please send e-mail to
email@example.com and cc to firstname.lastname@example.org
The meeting will start on Monday July 24th at 8:00am Houston time. You will receive a link just before the start ONLY if you send an e-mail message with this request to Jack and Jared.
