The SRB Program is an Industrial Affiliates program in the Geophysics Department at Stanford University. SRB is the acronym for The Stanford Rock Physics & Borehole Geophysics Project.   

The program is run by three directors, with Amos Nur and Gary Mavko co-directing The Rock Physics Laboratory; and Mark Zoback directing The Stress & Crustal Mechanics Group (aka The Borehole group).

Our 2009 Annual Meeting will start on the morning of Wednesday June 17 and end around 1pm on Friday June 19, 2009. Registration is now open, and we encourage you to register soon.
